Shipping​
1) I send the goods with DHL gogreen.

2) If you fail to collect your order in time at the post office /DHL branch and DHL therefore returns the parcel to me, I will not cover the costs for re-sending it to you!

3) If you provide me with a wrong, incorrect or partly missing address, I don't cover any costs that may arise from it, nor will I refund your order. Please make sure to provide an accurate and complete shipping address!

4) For shipments abroad, customs duties (import duties) may apply. I am not responsible for any customs costs/import taxes that may arise. Please double check possible fees for your country.

Right of withdrawal
In order to guarantee the high quality of the products and to comply with the high hygiene rules, I do not accept returns or exchanges of the goods.
I don't accept returns, exchanges or refunds for my digital products.

Faulty shipment/ damaged goods
If an order contains incorrect products or if the goods are damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately by e-mail (info@greenplanetcosmetics.com), but no later than 48 hours after receiving the goods, in order to record the damage and arrange for the goods to be replaced. DHL only grants me a certain time window to report damges, make sure to contact me immediately please, so everything can be handled smoothly for you.
