  • Yes. It’s the same workshop. the only difference is that you will have direct access to me and your group members when you book the expert class.

  • The content is the same in both workshops. For independent, self-paced learning, choose the Masterclass. For live group sessions with me to address any challenges, go for my Signature Expert Class.

  • no. the expert class only takes place a couple of time per year and requiers a special sign up. if you would like to be informed about future workshop dates, sign up to my email wait list.

  • A regular home kitchen is perfectly fine! You’ll need a few basics like a kitchen scale, thermometer, and the ingredients. I designed the recipes and equipment list with the assumption that you don’t have professional tools at home.
